Non-lamellar lyotropic liquid crystalline (LLC) lipid nanoparticles contain internal multidimensional nanostructures such as the inverse bicontinuous cubic and the inverse hexagonal mesophases, which can respond to external stimuli and have the potential of controlling drug release. To date, the internal LLC mesophase responsiveness of these lipid nanoparticles is largely achieved by adding ionizable small molecules to the parent lipid such as monoolein (MO), the mixture of which is then dispersed into nanoparticle suspensions by commercially available poly(ethylene oxide)–poly(propylene oxide) block copolymers. In this study, the Reversible Addition-Fragmentation chain Transfer (RAFT) technique was used to synthesize a series of novel amphiphilic block copolymers (ABCs) containing a hydrophilic poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) block, a hydrophobic block and one or two responsive blocks, i.e., poly(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)benzyl acrylate) (PTBA) and/or poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA). High throughput small angle X-ray scattering studies demonstrated that the synthesized ABCs could simultaneously stabilize a range of LLC MO nanoparticles (vesicles, cubosomes, hexosomes, inverse micelles) and provide internal particle nanostructure responsiveness to changes of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) concentrations, pH and temperature. It was found that the novel functional ABCs can substitute for the commercial polymer stabilizer and the ionizable additive in the formation of next generation non-lamellar lipid nanoparticles. The global existence of solutions to a damped MHD system in Besov spaces is obtained. This research is motivated by the open question [Wu et al., J. Nonlinear Sci. 25 (2015), 157–192, Remark 5.1] on the possibility of extension to the existence of global small solutions from a potential Banach space to a Besov space. In the current research, through employing the dual ligand method, a novel coordination polymer has been produced in success via the reaction between H2glu and In(NO3)3·6H2O in the existence of the nitrogen-donor chelating 2,2′-bpy ligand in CH3CN In(III) and DMF mixed solvent, and its chemical formula is In(glu)(Hglu)(2,2′-bpy) (1, 2,2′-bpy is 2,2′-bipyridine and H2glu is glutaric acid). Its application values on the acute stroke were assessed and the corresponding mechanism was investigated simultaneously. Firstly, the levels of inflammatory response in the astrocytes were evaluated by ELISA by measuring the content of inflammatory cytokines released into cerebrospinal fluid. Additionally, the miRNA199a relative expression levels in astrocytes were measured via exploiting real time RT-PCR. Molecular docking simulation demonstrated that synthesized In ion complex exhibited excellent biological activities, multiple binding interactions were formed by the carboxyl groups on the In ion complex. 相似文献

槲皮素是具有丰富生物活性的黄酮类化合物,药理活性显著。本文以槲皮素为先导物,选择性对C环3位羟基进行修饰,以廉价的芦丁为原料,经苄基保护、Williamson成醚反应,再经Pd/C催化加氢脱苄基得到28个未见文献报道的槲皮素-3-O-丙基衍生物,其结构经1H NMR、13C NMR、ESI-MS进行确证。采用MTT法考察了所合成化合物对人食管鳞癌(EC109)、人胃癌(HGC27)、人乳腺癌(MCF-7)、小鼠黑色素瘤(B16-F10)的增殖抑制作用。结果显示,通过化学方法对槲皮素结构进行修饰后,其体外抗肿瘤活性增强。其中,化合物F3(IC50=5.23±0.37μmol/L)、F5(IC50=2.63±0.09μmol/L)对小鼠黑色素瘤(B16-F10)抑制作用比5-氟尿嘧啶(IC50=14.38±0.27μmol/L)好,值得进一步研究。 相似文献

ZIF-8是一种Zn基金属有机骨架材料, 可以吸附丙酮气体从而作为电容式丙酮传感器的气敏材料, 然而ZIF-8的传统使用形式为粉末态, 这导致其不能成为具备柔性的整体, 从而限制了传感器的柔性. 结合包埋种子和二次生长法将ZIF-8与纳米纤维结合成纤维型柔性材料, 并将其作为气敏层制备了柔性电容式丙酮气体传感器. 该传感器在9种常见挥发性有机化合物中表现出良好的选择性, 对250~2000 cm3/m3的丙酮气体具有灵敏的响应、良好的循环响应及长期稳定性. 值得注意的是该柔性传感器不仅在室温下进行传感, 而且在弯折180°的状态下对丙酮气体的响应值与不弯折(0°)状态下几乎一致, 在200次以内的180°弯折-恢复后同样表现出了传感性能的稳定, 表明了其在柔性传感器方面的潜力. 相似文献

FT‐IR spectroscopic and thermodynamic measurements were designed to explore the effect of a macromolecular crowder, dextran, on the temperature and pressure‐dependent phase diagram of the protein Ribonuclease A (RNase A), and we compare the experimental data with approximate theoretical predictions based on configuration entropy. Exploring the crowding effect on the pressure‐induced unfolding of proteins provides insight in protein stability and folding under cell‐like dense conditions, since pressure is a fundamental thermodynamic variable linked to molecular volume. Moreover, these studies are of relevance for understanding protein stability in deep‐sea organisms, which have to cope with pressures in the kbar range. We found that not only temperature‐induced equilibrium unfolding of RNase A, but also unfolding induced by pressure is markedly prohibited in the crowded dextran solutions, suggesting that crowded environments such as those found intracellularly, will also oppress high‐pressure protein unfolding. The FT‐IR spectroscopic measurements revealed a marked increase in unfolding pressure of 2 kbar in the presence of 30 wt % dextran. Whereas the structural changes upon thermal unfolding of the protein are not significantly influenced in the presence of the crowding agent, through stabilization by dextran the pressure‐unfolded state of the protein retains more ordered secondary structure elements, which seems to be a manifestation of the entropic destabilization of the unfolded state by crowding. 相似文献

针对冷库运行过程中出现的压缩机排气温度高、系统性能衰减等问题,设计并搭建了基于平行流换热器的低压补气冷藏系统实验台对冷藏系统在低压补气和不补气状态下压缩机转速对冷藏系统综合性能的影响进行了分析.结果 表明:随着压缩机转速的增加,两种工况下压缩机排气温度都会增加,在补气模式下排气温度增加了5%,在不补气模式下增加了7.8%;冷藏系统的制冷量也会随之增大,在补气模式下制冷量增加了43%,在不补气模式下增加了25.9%,低压补气模式下增加的制冷量更大一些;压缩机功率随转速的增加而增大,且两种模式下增幅接近,在补气模式下压缩机功率增加了27.44%,在不补气模式下增加了27.34%;另外随着转速的增大系统COP呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在转速为3500 r/min处趋于稳定. 相似文献

Potential energy curves of 22 electronic states of RhN have been calculated by the complete active space second‐order perturbation theory method. The X1Σ0+ is assigned as the ground state, and the first excited state a3Π0+ is 978 cm?1 higher. The 1Δ(I) and B1Σ+ states are located at 9521 and 13,046 cm?1 above the ground state, respectively. The B1Σ+ state should be the excited state located 12,300 cm?1 above the ground state in the experimental study. Moreover, two excited states, C1Π and b3Σ+, are found 14,963 and 15,082 cm?1 above the X1Σ+ state, respectively. The transition C1Π1–X1Σ0+ may contribute to the experimentally observed bands headed at 15,071 cm?1. There are two excited states, D1Δ and E1Σ+, situate at 20,715 and 23,145 cm?1 above the X1Σ+ state. The visible bands near 20,000 cm?1 could be generated by the electronic transitions D1Δ2–a3Π1 and E1Σ+0–X1Σ+0 because of the spin–orbit coupling effect. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献
